Rockhopper Crashes?! Mission

Poor Rockhopper,

It seems things just aren’t going his way. If you look up in the telescope at the Beacon you might find something that resembles the image in this post. It’s a clip of him crashing into an iceberg.

What does Club Penguin have in store for him? Will his ship end up on the Beach for good as a ship wreck? Will we be able to swim to it? I think something interesting is in store for it. We’ll see what Club Penguin come up with.

In brighter news, Club Penguin is growing thanks to the advertisements some of you have noticed on the Disney Channel. That’s awesome, because it means one of our favourite games is going to be around longer and stronger.

Also, there’s a new mission out so all agents report to headquarters. The guides will be updated tomorrow.

Rockhopper Returns

Right-o Rockhopper-loving Basers,

Rockhopper returned today and you know what that means — New Items!

Here’s a snapshot of the items. Get your “winged helmet”, and backgrounds if you’re a non-member…. with the Red Pirate Dress (450 coins) and Wave Furniture (75 coins) for members only.

Club Penguin Newspaper 108 +pin

Hey Baserinoes,

Got the 5th mission guide up today, so now we have all 5 guides found in the Guides/Info section of the site as well as telling you how to become a secret agent. Next on my guides to-do list is a how-to on becoming a Club Penguin tour guide. Awesome.

Today I added the latest pin to the pin-guide which is the UFO Pin found at the Dance Lounge beside Astro Barrier in the Nightclub. Make sure you get that if you haven’t already. Check out the pin guide on the left for the complete list of CP pins.

Of course, there’s also Issue 108 of the Club Penguin Newspaper. We get to vote on this months party theme (I voted for the Western Party) , the other options are Pirate Party and Sports Party. Speaking of Pirates, Rockhopper is due to return very soon, we haven’t seen him since Christmas!! I wonder what he’ll bring this time… definitely a new item.

Also, stage production is coming to CP…. some new stages of the construction at the Plaza to look at…. it looks like it will be great. Featured game is Sled Racing - my favorite.

Preview Of Fall Fair

The Official Blog posted a pretty nifty preview of Fall Fair which is probably going to be the largest CP event EVER….. and the preview looks crazy. It looks like there’s possibly an actual

carnival-type mini-game outside of the Light House which has a skin of the Migrator.

Rockhopper wont be at the event and Club Penguin had something to say about the next time he returns: “Captain Rockhopper is having a lot of fun meeting everyone and he hopes to be able to meet even more people in the future. We are working on a way that Rockhopper will be able to hang out even more on his next visit which should make him easier to find. We are working hard on this. Because he is a real penguin it is difficult, but we hope to have it fixed for his next visit.”

That will definitely save a lot of time and effort for a lot of us Penguins who jump from server to server looking for good ol’ RH.

A Pirate’s Life For Me…

Yo Baserino’s…..

‘Tis been a while since my last update, I’ve been on a small holiday on the other side of the country with very limited Internet access. I hope you didn’t miss me too much ;)  Quite the busy week over on Club Penguin too, so let’s update.

When I get home tomorrow I’ll update the Pin guide with the latest pin which is the Squid Pin, found over in the Ski Lodge. It’s on the couch by the connect-four tables on the lower floor… make sure you get that if you haven’t already.

Also in news…. Rockhopper is back and he’s brought the rest of the cargo for the Fall Fair which begins in a few days. Pretty awesome, I can’t wait…. are you looking forward to it?

Head to the Ship’s Hull at the beach and get the free Eye Patch Item that Rockhopper brought back with him.

The latest Club Penguin times is also out… it’s the 100th Issue and there’s a cool animation with Aunt Artic that has some cool information so check it out. Find Four is the game reviewed.

Anyway apologies for the lack of images, I haven’t got access to the website’s file transfer system or any image editing software so you’ll have to wait until tomorrow
